My favourite actor
My favourite actor is Hugh Laurie, who is most famous for his outstanding role in a TV series “House M.D.” What is more, he is not only a talented actor but also a comedian, singer and author.
He has many-sided personality. It cannot be denied. Hugh Laurie is interested in various aspects of cultural life and tries to participate in it. He plays the piano, creates his own songs and is a member of a charity band “Band from TV”. The actor seems to be engaged in what he does and tries to do his best. This is why I really like and admire him. He can be seen in numerous interviews, always witty and charming. I am always amused by his great sense of humor. He knows how to behave in every situation. Hugh Laurie can be serious and elegant and, at the same time, can make me laugh.
I find his acting skills impressive and also admire his attitude to life. He admits that it is really hard to be happy, as he once said “I never was someone who was at ease with happiness”, however, he tries to enjoy his life the best he can. Hugh Laurie is a motorbike enthusiast, totally devoted to his passion. He also love sport and literature. It seems he is never bored. Moreover, he is dedicated to his family and friends. He often underlines how important they are in his life.
Summing up, Hugh Laurie is a brilliant, versatile man who tries to achieve his aims. He is my favourite actor because he is talented, captivating and also modest and tactful.
