What’s your favourite cuisine?

There are a lot of dishes I like, but pizza, lasagne and focaccia are my favourite ones. Italian cuisine is characterized by its simplicity. Most dishes have only a few ingredients, but they are perfectly selected. I often try to prepare something Italian at home or visit good restaurants in my country, but the most exciting culinary adventure is tasting Italian specialities in Italy. I love Italian people and the wonderful atmosphere of their local restaurants. If only had more money and experience, I would probably open my own Italian restaurant in Poland and employ a native Italian chef. I’m sure that would be an amazing place!
