What makes a childhood happy?

    In my opinion, the most important thing for a child is to have loving parents and grandparents. If a child grows up in a good atmosphere, it feels safe, happy and has then good memories from those days. It doesn’t really matter how much money its parents have and what kind of toys it gets, but how its relatives behave towards one another and towards it.
    It’s also good to have some good friends. Children like playing with their peers and, what’s crucial, they learn in this way how to get on with other people! Some friendships from childhood last a lifetime. That’s something you can’t buy.
