What kind of things are you interested in when looking for a job?

If I were looking for a job I would be equally interested in a few things. First of all, the job should be satisfying for me. If I could find the job like this I would like it to be well paid, with the possibility of working flexible hours, good atmosphere among employees and a tolerant boss.It would be great if some perks like a company car, a laptop, a mobile phone, insurance and gym membership came with it. I know it’s a dream job and one that is difficult to find but I’m an optimist and believe I can do it.
