What helps you relax after a long day of studying / working? How do you cope with stress?
Stress is horrible and can be very tiring. So after a hard day I like to go out with my friends and forget about my problems for a while. Another good way of relaxation is watching a good movie on TV or at the cinema. On the weekends I like to go somewhere outside the town to spend some time close to nature and in completely different surroundings. Often even talking to someone we trust can be helpful, being a way of setting us free of the inner worries we often hold inside.
