To prevent ourselves from having a heart attack we should keep a balanced diet rich in fruit and vegetables, actively spend as much time as possible (doing sports or working out) and try to avoid too much stress. On top of that, fighting already existing obesity or doing everything we can not to let our normal weight exceed the safe limit should also be in our best interest if we want to avoid a future heart attack.
