173. Present Simple and Present Continuous
Stative verbs vs. dynamic verbs. Fill the gaps with Present Simple or Present Continuous. Do not use short (contracted) forms of verbs.
1. They (look) at you. Smile!
2. He (look) as if he’s tired.
3. My new dress (not fit) me.
4. He (enjoy) every minute of this dinner.
5. I (not enjoy) studying maths.
6. you (have) my book?
7. Look at her. She (weigh) oranges.
8. I (see) my boyfriend tomorrow.
9. I (see) that you are in a difficult situation.
10. My favourite band (appear) on stage next Tuesday.
