     A good diet is the foundation of health. There is a reason why people say that you are what you eat. Although a healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more popular especially among young people, not everyone knows how to take care of their body and arrange their diet so that it makes them strong and healthy.
     People eat food that is not valuable, and then they are surprised that they have permanent problems with health. Scientists point out that medicines can cure effects, but we have to focus on living life in such a way that helps us eliminate the causes of diseases, which is possible thanks to a proper diet.
     Make sure that on your plate there are a lot of vegetables and fruits. Try not to fry them, but rather cook or eat raw when possible. This way you can provide your body with many vitamins. Natural vitamins are better than artificial pills and your body will definitely be grateful.
     Avoid fast food products, because they are made from artificial ingredients that have nothing in common with the real food. They are very greasy, but those fats are not the ones that your body needs. Try to limit meat and dairy products too. Some people say that these products can make your bones strong, but it’s not true. Also, these products force your body to consume a lot of energy on digestion which can make you sleepy, and a large part of the ingredients contained in them such as antibiotics and hormones added to cows’ food can harm you more than help you.
